PHPMailer不发送CC或BCC

我已经测试了以下代码几个小时了.电子邮件将发送到通过$mail-> AddAddress()添加的地址,并在收到的电子邮件中说明cc,但是cced的人没有收到电子邮件.我到处寻找,无法找到解决方案的原因.我已经运行了测试,并且正确地将所有变量提交给此代码.
